Booking information

• Rescheduling. You may reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours in advance with no charge. Cancellations/rescheduling within 48 hours will be charged 50%. Cancellations/rescheduling under 24 hours will be charged 100%.

• I do not reschedule or provide refunds for missed appointments. I consider a client to have missed their appointment after 15 minutes. 

• In the event that I need to cancel your appointment, you will be provided the option of a full refund or rescheduling.

What a reading will me will look like

I will usually ask you if there is any particular aspect of your life that you would like to focus on (just one word) or whether you would prefer to just see what comes through from Spirit.  I will check in with you during the reading to see if the information makes sense to you and there will be the opportunity to ask questions towards the end of the reading.   

I encourage you to record your reading if you wish, particularly as with my clairvoyance it could be helpful in a few months' time to go back to the recording and refresh your mind about what came through looking forwards.
